| Orders received Monday thru Wednesday will normally ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received Thursday or Friday will normally ship the 2nd Monday or Tuesday after it is received. |
| We ship on Monday and Tuesday. Quotes given are for UPS and will include box charge. If another shipper is wanted please let us know. Our boxes hold between 30 to 55 lbs. 55lbs is the best value for the money. |
| Green areas will be shipped UPS ground (2 day) unless Next Day is requested. |
| Blue areas will be shipped UPS 2nd day unless order is over 30 lbs. If over 30lbs UPS ground will be used (3 day). Next day or 2nd day can be requested. |
| Maroon areas will be shipped UPS 2nd day if under 20 lbs, or 3 day select. Orders over 50 lbs can be sent UPS ground (4 day) upon request. With 4 day ground we can only ship on Monday. |
| Orange areas will require UPS Next day, Second day, or 3 day select, depending on weight. |
| Only Next Day and 2nd day are guaranteed to arrive frozen. They must be accepted upon first attempt. |
| We ship with shippers release. This means you do not have to be home to sign for the package. If this is not desired please let us know prior to shipping. |
| Box charge is 15.00. This charge covers the insulated container, cardboard box, and dry ice. |
Refunds are only given if your orders does not arrive frozen or partially frozen. As long as the product arrives at refrigerated temperatures it is still usable. We have done extensive testing on our shipping times and weights to arrive at the shipping times listed above.
